Suzanne Martin – Head of Facilities – All academies
I have worked for STEP since April 2012 and I oversee the management all of our onsite catering teams.
I have worked in catering since 2003 and enjoy working with the kitchen staff and being part of STEP.
Our mission is to encourage children to make healthy choices, but also giving them the opportunities to experience a wide variety of different cuisines.
Stefania Cavaliere – Senior Catering Manager – All academies
I started working with STEP Academy Trust in 2013 as a Kitchen Assistant. During this time, I have been fortunate to have been able to recognise my potential and develop my passion for cooking and catering.
My current role is to ensure that the standards throughout the academies represent a friendly and professional dining experience; from our staff as well as the quality of our selected produce in order to deliver a balanced and healthy meal.
Jenny Owen-Ashton – Catering Manager
I started working for STEP Academy Trust as an Assistant Kitchen Manager; and due to my passion, commitment and positivity, I have progressed to my current role.
I feel it is important for the children to have a positive lunch time experience at all times.
I enjoy working with the catering team and make sure we provide a well-balanced healthy meal.
My role is diverse and I take pleasure in delivering the different workshops we provide to improve the service
